Private-beta data controls

Your decision deserves a clear review—and clear data boundaries.

This page explains the product’s current behavior in plain English. It is a technical transparency statement, not the final legal privacy notice.

What is stored

Your account identity, decision prompt, generated brief, optional feedback, and operational usage such as tokens, cost, and timestamps. Attached screenshots are not stored by Vettance.

What is processed

Your prompt, review context, and any attached screenshot are sent to the configured AI model provider to produce the review. Provider identity is available in Review details. Provider handling remains subject to that provider's API data terms.

What you can erase

You can permanently erase a review’s prompt, brief, error text, and feedback. Content-free usage and audit records remain for billing integrity and operational accountability.

How access is limited

Review history is scoped to the authenticated workspace. Request protection stores secret-keyed hashes rather than raw user IDs or network addresses.

What is measured

Vercel Web Analytics records anonymized, cookie-free page and referrer activity plus content-free actions such as signup intent or review completion. Prompts, briefs, screenshots, email addresses, and account identifiers are never analytics fields.

Private-beta applications

If you apply to the pilot, Vettance stores your email, role, decision frequency, decision category, consent time, and triage status. The application never asks for decision content and does not create an account or grant access automatically.

Private-beta boundaries

Do not submit passwords, API keys, health records, legal case files, financial account data, or other regulated or highly sensitive personal information. Vettance supports judgment; it does not replace qualified medical, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
